Are the sound banks, samples, and loops royalty-free ?

Yes, the sample packs and sound banks are royalty-free.

However, redistribution and repackaging are prohibited! The use of samples, presets, loops, etc. included in the project files is perfectly acceptable. If you have further questions regarding copyrights and royalties, send an email to caribbdiamond@gmail.com.

Can I get a refund ?

No. Sound banks, samples, and loops are non-refundable.

Why haven't I received my order ?

Note: It may take several minutes for the email to arrive. Please check your spam/social/promotions folders and others.

If you haven't received your order, please provide your first name, last name, and your transaction ID that appears right after your purchase.

What if I lost my download link, can I get a new one ?

Yes, but first, you need to send us an email at : caribbdiamond@gmail.com and confirm that you purchased one of our products with your first name, last name, and the transaction ID that appears right after you ordered the product.
